i'll put my money on Chelsea to win with ManU close behind, unless ManU managed to get themselves a more profilic striker from within their current team or a new striker, else we should see the title landing in SB, nevertheless, Liverpool seems pretty strong these days but something is just missing in them in my opinion, they depend way too much on Gerrard and Torres and might end up suffering when either one lost form.. but then again, it'll be good to see team like Liverpool winning this season, a change from what we have kinda get used to seeing for the pass 10 season... keep it up Liverpool

Much as i would agreed that attacking football doesn;t always wins you games and trophies these days but i've also to point out that Mourinho can't match SAF's achivement, SAF is probably the only still managing manager who had the most amount of trophies, also ManU's kinda play is pretty attacking also but the main different between ManU and Arsenal is that the former win games while attacking but also knows how to shut down rivals while Arsenal current squad are in a sense too naive in football terms, hence only knows how to attacking but can't do as well when 1 or 2 of their main players had a off day..

thats obvious right??? even if you say till the cow came home its still SAF or ManU's board thats going to make the decision, i'm just trying to point out that just a couple of days ago you claim that he is very important to ManU with his 20 goals a season and also even if he wouldn't score he would still be very useful as he can be a strong Midfielder or something along that line.. so now you claim that you see him leaving not a big lose.. so which is which?? dun start beating ard the bush liao.. just answer, he important or he is no big lost???

no the best solution thats for sure, 1stly, ah long repayment will have to be weekly, can you service that? at 5k repayment should be 6k and base on their usual practise you'll have to pay them ard 500 weekly at least.. can you afford that before your house is sold? also these days ah long wouldn't wanna give loan to just abt anybody and worst if you're looking for 5k, hardly any ah long would me willing to loan you that amount,
take their advise and get your MP to come into the picture, if you can sell your house at the soonest possible time there is no reason why HDB wouldn't take it since they have the 1st take to your payment if you have a wirtten agremment with them..
if you need property agent then maybe more ppl ard here can help...
