The normal practice by Post office is when nobody receives it at the intended address they will direct it to the nearest post office of the recipient. Please confirm by calling them.

if recipient not at home or there is no one else to sign for it, the postman will slip a delivery note under the door
the parcel will be sent back to the HQ (which is paya lebar)
the recipient must call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to have the parcel sent to a post office (any post office) then he/she can go there to collect
MUST call or use the redelivery request/collection form at the speedpost websai
do not assume the parcel is at the nearest PO to u or u can just drop by whenever u feel like it to collect it
