starhub for....... hmm........ when i think of something good then i come back and post.
I was a Singtel customer for many years. After I heard from 3 people how they were overcharged, I began to scrutinise my bills. Sure enough, i was overcharged too. Because they have almost non-existent customer service it was a hassle to point this out to them. After the second over-charging incident, I terminated their service and switched to M1. I have no complaints with M1 and agree their customer service is excellent.

I can’t remember all the details as it was sometime back. But I do recall I was overcharged on the plan I had chosen and charged for subscriptions I have never even signed up for. They admitted it was a “billing error” and credited the money to my account. For a few months things were fine and then the same thing happened. I kept quiet to see if they would overcharge me again the following month. They did! And such a hassle to get hold of them to get the amount credited to my account. I asked them point blank, “is this how SingTel makes $? By overcharging unsuspecting customers?”

anyway imo for mobile phone service
singtel - best reception, coverage, n quality of what you pay for
m1 - best customer service, support, n very good quality of reception coverage etc. also
starhub - best price. but be prepared for lousy things like delayed sms delivery, calls cut off, no coverage, lack of reception.

i like their discounts and stuffs
yup, their rewards program is more worthwhile.
200 points can redeem the caller-id charge of $5.35.
m1 points rewards r in the minimum of 1000 points and above. a pair of movie tickets under its box office screening is abt 400 points.
singtel red rewards u need to spend a minimum of a ?hundred? for some months 1st at least to qualify to join.
and 1 point = $1 spent on their service.
