      The one next to the Ns Medal.

      Note: Maybe you cant see from the pic, but the face of the "star shaped" medal is the "crescent and 5 stars"

      it's definitely a singapore medal, but i cant seem to find it anywhere online.

      looks like the public service star, how ever the ribbon is different =/
