I think that guys should not be splurging but a treat is ok. End of the day, meals are just meals...and it's not the price of the meals that set the friendship.
Meals or whatever that uses money to get by is just a mean to knowing that someone. Only from friendship can you decide if there's chemistry or not wot.
You mean you think you can buy friendship and relationship meh? Sure...if you can afford loh...when there's a buyuer, there'll be a seller.

if the girl buay zidong.. gold mountain silver mountain oso not enuf..of the points u mention, the primary requirements will be the guy's stability in terms of income and how much he cherish the relationship.. the rest of the points are secondary bah.. got is best, no have nvm..

u blame us gal buay zidong, we also you guy buay tarhan, money is primary in the initial stage, but it dun last long, with no love, it slowly turns to secondary then university stage, gone liao.Stability do not imply good income, it imply that a man can stand on his own, like someone said and explained to me something in chinese like, stand firm on both legs on earth. So even he is not very rich, it ok, because he can take the hardship of poor, but certainly not poor till he cannot support his family, then something is wrong. A man must learn to support himself before he can build a family,
